Stepping into Icona Avalon is like stepping into another world, where people are kind and respectful and like their jobs. The front desk greeting, a smile, competent service, no problems, only solutions, set the tone nicely. Everywhere we sat, worked, ate or slept in this hotel felt calming and soothing. Honestly, they've got the right stuff here. When you leave you feel ready to tackle real life again. It feels like a luxury home, with both respect for privacy but also warm welcome. Just say yes and you will be the next one writing a review.
We stayed here for five days of our honeymoon and loved our ocean-front room. The room was spacious, well air-conditioned, with an in-room kitchen and large outdoor patio area for watching the moon rise over the ocean. The second floor ocean facing room has a great view of the ocean and you can't see the beach which, in a way, is quite nice (just a clear view of water and sky!). The staff was incredible throughout our stay. Thank you!
I was staying at the golden inn and it was amazing. There was modern rooms, great service, and great food. And also a great location there...

The Icona Golden inn is a stunning resort! The staff is so pleasant and the drinks are wonderful. The pool deck is cozy, the restaurant gives you the feel of eating on the beach, the live music is so great and it was a great time for my family of 5. The rooms are just gorgeous and gave us a pampered nights sleep. The location is prefect, just on the shore of Avalon. It is an easy walk to the beach front, where someone will assist you in setting up your umbrella. Cannot wait to stay again!
But while we were at an ice cream place, we saw police and fire trucks running down the street to our hotel. They told us that there was a fire emergency and our sprinkler system went off. And when I checked, OUR ROOM WAS FLOODED AND SO WERE THE HALLWAYS. But besides that, everything was great!
