I was looking for a gym that had different options for working out while I was down the shore. Surfside has a good amount of cardio equipment and free weights. The gym is clean and staff are friendly. I can access the gym with a key tag off hours which is a plus. I’ve worked out with Cheryl and it has made a huge difference over the past few months. I haven't tried their classes yet but heard good things and planning to try boot camp on the beach. Would highly recommend Surfside to friends.
My daughter and I had a great workout last weekend, love the fresh paint. The instructor was kind, explained all muscles we would be stretching and using doing the class. We really liked our entire experience. Can't wait for summer to be in full swing and we will both take more classes and get some personal training in as well. We love Surfside Fitness!
Best gym in Avalon hands down. The atmosphere is professional and always clean. I have recommended so many people here and they are all so thankful for such a great gym at the beach! Love this place year after year.

I started working out here several years ago. The gym is extremely well run. The facility is clean and bright. Training with Cheryl will take your workout to a new level. She is very professional and genuinely concerned with understanding her client's fitness goals. I have brought many friends with me to Surfside and they have all been equally impressed with Cheryl and the gym. 5 stars!
